PBM Wins $13.5M In Baby Formula Advertising Suit

Law360, New York (December 2, 2009, 6:48 PM EST) -- Store-brand baby formula maker PBM Products LLC has scored a $13.5 million jury award and a permanent injunction in a false advertising suit alleging rival Mead Johnson & Co. misled consumers that its name-brand Enfamil LIPIL formula offered superior nutrition to infants.
