Helmet Labeling Class Suit Comes Up Short

Law360, New York (December 3, 2009, 1:02 PM EST) -- A federal judge has scrapped for failure to state a claim a putative class action that accused motorcycle helmet maker Fulmer Helmets Inc. of misleading consumers about whether some of its helmets had passed a safety test.
