Diamond Saw Blade Makers Cut Into Opposing Counsel

Law360, New York (December 03, 2009, 5:59 PM ET) -- A coalition of domestic manufacturers of diamond saw blades is asking the U.S. Court of International Trade to sanction the counsel for foreign manufacturers for filing a frivolous motion to stay the court's writ of mandamus.

The Diamond Sawblades Manufacturers' Coalition filed a motion with the CIT on Tuesday, asking the court to sanction counsel for Saint-Gobain Abrasives Inc., Hebei Jikai Industrial Group, Husqvarna Construction Products, Ehwa Diamond Industrial Co. and Bosun Tools Group.
