Teva, Mylan Clarify Copaxone Patent Claims

Law360, New York (December 4, 2009, 4:14 PM EST) -- Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. has clarified that certain infringement allegations don't target Mylan Inc. in a suit filed against the generics maker, its U.S. manufacturer and Natco Pharma Ltd. over a bid to make a copycat version of Teva's multiple sclerosis drug Copaxone.
