GE Cuts Claims From Suit Over Katrina-Damaged MRI

Law360, New York (December 4, 2009, 6:03 PM EST) -- General Electric Co. has won partial summary judgment in a lawsuit brought by a Mississippi hospital and its insurer alleging that GE negligently designed an expensive MRI machine that was irreparably damaged during Hurricane Katrina.
