Law360, New York (December 07, 2009, 2:26 PM ET) -- Software company NetView Technologies Inc. has accused technology giant Microsoft Corp. of infringing a patent related to organizing spreadsheet information.

In a suit lodged Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Belmont, Mass.-based NetView claims Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 infringes U.S. Patent Number 7,251,776, titled “System and method for efficiently and flexibly utilizing spreadsheet information" and issued in 2007.
