Nutritional Sourcing Can Sell Blockbuster Stores

Law360, New York (December 07, 2009, 8:22 PM ET) -- The bankrupt Nutritional Sourcing Corp. has received approval to sell nine of its Blockbuster Video rental outlets and related contracts to BB Entertainment of Puerto Rico LLC for $500,000.

Judge Peter J. Walsh of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware signed off on the sale of the bankrupt grocery and video store owner's assets Friday.
