CPSC Investigating Zhu Zhu Pet Toys

Law360, New York (December 07, 2009, 7:36 PM ET) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is reportedly investigating the popular Zhu Zhu Pet toys after a consumer watch group reported that they contain dangerous levels of contaminants.

The CPSC said it would look into Cepia LLC's Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster Mr. Squiggles toy and complete its review swiftly, Reuters reported Monday.
