Parking Attendants Win Class Cert. In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (December 9, 2009, 1:49 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dealt a one-two blow to CNA Management Inc., granting class status to parking attendants suing the New York garage operator for wage-and-hour violations, and adopting an expansive six-year statute of limitations under state labor law.
