Sidley Nabs ITC Patent Guru From Fish & Richardson

Law360, New York (December 9, 2009, 3:54 PM EST) -- Sidley Austin LLP has bulked up its intellectual property practice by hiring a former Fish & Richardson PC managing partner who focuses on trying disputes before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Brian Nester officially joined Sidley’s intellectual property litigation practice in the Washington office on Wednesday.

“It’s got a great group of attorneys in patent litigation,” Nester said of Sidley.
