Law360, New York (December 08, 2009, 7:03 PM ET) -- An unusually varied client base and depth of expertise has allowed Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP to build one of the nation's leading securities practices and to keep its securities lawyers busy through the recession.

With 426 securities attorneys in the United States, Skadden topped the Law360 Securities 100 list. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC trailed with 330, while Bingham McCutchen LLP at 222 and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP at 200 rounded out the top four.
