DLA Piper Snaps Up New Chair For Financial Group

Law360, New York (December 10, 2009, 7:01 PM EST) -- DLA Piper has hauled in a bank regulatory expert to head up its government affairs practice's financial services regulatory group.

Jeffrey L. Hare has joined the firm's Washington office as a partner after serving at Alston & Bird, where he was a partner in the financial services and products group.

Hare concentrates his practice on federal and state banking law and has often represented banks, credit unions and nondepository lenders, as well as their holding companies and investors.
