IBM Ex-Exec Denies Role In Insider Trading Scandal

Law360, New York (December 10, 2009, 5:38 PM ET) -- A former senior IBM Corp. executive has denied playing a part in the alleged multimillion-dollar insider trading case, believed to be the largest of its kind in history, that has ensnared Galleon Corp. founder Raj Rajaratnam and several others.
