AIG Hit With Suit By Former Real Estate Chief

Fitzpatrick, the former head of American International Group Inc.'s real estate arm, has filed a breach of contract suit against the company, claiming it stripped him of his authority and stiffed him out of his compensation as the company melted down in the subprime crisis.
