Orthopedic Company Comes Under SEC Scrutiny

Law360, New York (November 21, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Orthopedic products company ReGen Biologics Inc. said Monday that it has received a letter from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement requesting information regarding the company’s stock options-granting practices.

The investigation, disclosed in the company latest filing with the SEC, comes in the wake of the company restating past financial results.
