Xerox, ACS Reach Merger Deal In Del. Class Action

Law360, New York (December 14, 2009, 4:19 PM ET) -- Xerox Corp. and Affiliated Computer Services Inc. have struck a deal that partially resolves an ACS shareholder class action in Delaware and allows the firms’ proposed merger to go forward, pending shareholder approval — a move that comes on the heels of an agreement last month to hold off related litigation in Texas.
