Senate Wants Answers On Hedge Fund Regulation

Law360, New York (November 21, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Senate committee intends to hold a third in a series of hearings examining the Securities and Exchange Commission’s effectiveness, or lack thereof, at regulating hedge funds.

Though the event is tentatively scheduled for Dec. 5 before the Senate Judiciary Committee, a notice of hearing has not yet been served.
