Commerce Affirms Anti-Dumping Rate On Furniture

Law360, New York (December 15, 2009, 4:15 PM ET) -- In another blow to importers, the U.S. Department of Commerce has affirmed a 216 percent anti-dumping duty rate on wooden bedroom furniture from China but also decided that combination rates are not called for in the matter.

Responding to a suit brought by Fujian Lianfu Forestry Co. Ltd. and other importers, the agency on Monday issued final results of a redetermination ordered by the U.S. Court of International Trade.
