ITC To Review Ruling On Coaxial Cable Connectors

Law360, New York (December 16, 2009, 4:26 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review part of a ruling that a Connecticut-based manufacturer of coaxial cable connectors and its Taiwanese supplier did not infringe a patent held by PPC Inc.

The ITC said Monday it would review part of Administrative Law Judge E. James Gildea's Oct. 13 final determination, which had cleared respondents Gem Electronics Inc. of Windsor, Conn., and Fu-Ching Technical Industry Co. Ltd. of Taipei, Taiwan, of infringement.
