Verizon, T-Mobile Didn't Infringe Dialing Patent: Jury

Law360, New York (December 15, 2009, 5:21 PM EST) -- A federal jury has come down in favor of Verizon Wireless Inc., T-Mobile USA Inc. and others in a suit brought by Acacia Research Corp. unit DNT LLC, finding that the cell phone service providers did not infringe a dialing technology patent.
