WaMu Noteholders Appeal Ruling On Disclosures

Law360, New York (December 15, 2009, 12:53 PM EST) -- Noteholders claiming to be principal creditors in the bankruptcy of Washington Mutual Inc. have appealed a judge’s order compelling them to disclose details about their holdings at the request of JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, which has been battling the bankrupt thrift over billions of dollars in assets.
