Agria Investors Fight To Resurrect IPO Action

Law360, New York (December 15, 2009, 4:10 PM ET) -- Following the dismissal of their case in late November, Agria Corp. investors are trying to revive a putative class action alleging that the Chinese agricultural company issued an inaccurate and misleading prospectus and registration statement for its $282 million initial public offering.

The plaintiffs filed a motion Monday seeking reconsideration or, alternatively, leave to file a proposed second amended complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
