Centennial Collective OT Action Certified, Narrowed

Law360, New York (December 15, 2009, 3:43 PM EST) -- A federal judge has certified a collective action that accuses Centennial Communications Corp. of failing to pay overtime adjustments to its sales representatives in a timely fashion, but he also tossed a chunk of claims from the original complaint, including a breach of contract claim.
