Pfizer, Businessman Settle Viagra Missile Suit

Law360, New York (December 15, 2009, 6:09 PM EST) -- The Viagra missile will remain permanently grounded now that Pfizer Inc. and the Long Island, N.Y., businessman who orchestrated the advertising stunt have settled Pfizer's lawsuit over the trademarks to its multibillion-dollar erectile dysfunction drug.
