Sanofi Recalls Weakening Swine Flu Vaccine Doses

Law360, New York (December 15, 2009, 4:33 PM EST) -- Vaccine maker Sanofi Pasteur SA on Tuesday announced a recall of some 800,000 prefilled syringes containing swine flu vaccine for young children, saying that the potency of the doses was found to lessen over time.

The Sanofi-Aventis SA subsidiary said there were no safety concerns with the four recalled lots of H1N1 vaccine.
