Fed. Circ. Lifts Ban On Disputed Vending Machine IP

Law360, New York (December 17, 2009, 5:30 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has ordered a lower court to lift a preliminary injunction against Crane Co. and Seaga Manufacturing Inc. products that have been accused by Automated Merchandising Systems Inc. of infringing an optical technology used in glass-fronted automatic vending machines.
