Creditors To See Both Trump Casino Ch. 11 Plans

Law360, New York (December 17, 2009, 5:13 PM ET) -- The judge overseeing Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc.'s bankruptcy has decided to distribute to creditors competing reorganization plans — one filed by Beal Bank and Icahn Partners and a rival plan filed by an ad hoc committee of noteholders that has the support of Donald Trump and the debtor, an attorney for Beal said.
