Hasbro Launches Death Attack On Atari D&D License

Law360, New York (December 17, 2009, 5:57 PM ET) -- Global toy colossus Hasbro Inc. has drawn its legal sword against Atari SA, seeking to break a global licensing agreement for the video game rights to role-playing Dungeons & Dragons after discovering the video game maker entered into a side agreement with one of Hasbro's top rivals.
