Installers Hit CableNet With OT Class Action

Law360, New York (December 18, 2009, 12:40 PM EST) -- A pair of CableNet Services Unlimited LLC employees have filed a proposed class action against the cable installation company, alleging installers have not been paid overtime.

In a suit filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, former CableNet employees Sirien Theozil and Glendon Shettlesworth allege that they regularly worked more than 40 hours per week, but were not paid overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
