DLA Piper Lures New Partner To Expand IP Practice

Gioconda started his career at Kirkland & Ellis, where he has spent the last decade litigating anti-counterfeiting, trademarks and trade dress, domain name protection, copyrights, unfair competition and false advertising for clients in the fashion and entertainment industry.
