BAA Wins Challenge To Competition Ruling Citing Bias

Law360, New York (December 21, 2009, 1:25 PM EST) -- Claiming that an investigation may have been improperly influenced, BAA Ltd. has won an appeal of a U.K. competition regulator’s ruling ordering the U.K. airport operator to sell off three of its airports in England and Scotland.
