ITC Won't Review Ruling On Railway Tariff Violations

Law360, New York (December 22, 2009, 6:05 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has refused to review an administrative law judge's initial determination that two American and two Chinese railway supply companies violated tariff laws by misappropriating trade secrets related to the manufacture of cast-steel railway wheels.

The commission on Thursday upheld Administrative Law Judge Carl C. Charneski's Oct. 16 recommendation that Illinois-based Standard Car Truck Co.
