Negligence Claims Against J&J, Subsidiary Dismissed

Law360, New York (December 22, 2009, 4:21 PM EST) -- A judge has dismissed each of the claims brought against Johnson & Johnson Co. Inc. and a subsidiary by a woman who alleges she developed a potentially fatal syndrome while taking the antidepressant Zoloft with the pain relievers Motrin and Tylenol.
