Schering Sues Apotex Over Nasonex ANDA

Inc. unit Schering Corp. has accused Canadian drugmaker Apotex Inc. of infringing three patents related to Nasonex nasal spray by submitting an abbreviated new drug application for permission to market and distribute a generic version of the treatment.
