Atari Launches Counterattack In 'D&D' License Battle

Law360, New York (December 23, 2009, 1:42 PM ET) -- Atari SA has launched its defenses against Hasbro Inc. in their battle over a global licensing agreement for the video game rights to role-playing game “Dungeons & Dragons,” painting the toy giant as an ogre attempting to overrun a smaller opponent.
