Nokia Takes Another Swipe At Apple Over Tech Patents

Law360, New York (January 4, 2010, 4:34 PM EST) -- Cell phone giant Nokia Corp. has again lashed out at Apple Inc. in an ongoing battle over technology patents, filing a new lawsuit and a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission.

The latest suit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware on Dec. 29, claims that nearly all of Apple's consumer products — its iPods, iPhones and MacBooks — infringe seven patents that cover so-called implementation patents, as opposed to essential patents.
