Generics Makers Infringe Lilly's Strattera Patent: Judge

Law360, New York (January 4, 2010, 3:28 PM EST) -- A federal judge has ruled that Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. and several other generic-drug makers have induced infringement of an Eli Lilly & Co. patent for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder treatment Strattera, but left unanswered questions as to whether the patent is valid and enforceable.
