DTL Settles Patent Case With 4 Cell Phone Carriers

Law360, New York (January 6, 2010, 3:14 PM EST) -- Digital Technology Licensing LLC has reached settlements with four of the dozens of cellular service providers it named as third-party defendants in a declaratory judgment patent suit filed against DTL by Kyocera Wireless Corp. over a cell phone component.

Judge George B. Daniels of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York signed off Monday on a stipulated dismissal with prejudice filed by DTL and Golden State Cellular, Mohave Cellular LP, ChatMobility and Farmers Mutual Telephone Co.
