Medicines Co. Hits Teva With New Angiomax Suits

Law360, New York (January 5, 2010, 1:03 PM EST) -- The Medicines Co. has filed new lawsuits against Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. and its subsidiaries over the companies' plans to make a generic version of The Medicines Co.'s blood-thinning drug Angiomax.

The Medicines Co. filed separate suits against Teva and Teva Parenteral Medicines Inc., and against Teva and subsidiaries Barr Pharmaceuticals LLC and Pliva Hrvatska d.o.o., on Dec. 28 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
