Law360, New York (January 05, 2010, 12:36 PM ET) -- Cox Radio Inc. has become the second defendant to settle with a patent licensing company that accused radio giants Clear Channel Communications Inc., CBS Radio Inc. and others of infringing a patent covering Internet radio technology.
Aldav LLC and Cox filed a joint motion to dismiss their claims and counterclaims with prejudice on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, citing a settlement agreement.
