4th Circ. Sides With Bowles Rice In Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (January 05, 2010, 3:50 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court on Tuesday affirmed a lower court ruling that let Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love LLP and several partners off the hook in a legal malpractice lawsuit that accused the firm of a conflict of interest for its involvement with two competing oil well bidders.
