Former World Health Execs Settle Civil Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (January 6, 2010, 3:09 PM EST) -- Three former executives at defunct medical staffing company World Health Alternatives Inc. and an outside securities lawyer have settled civil claims over an alleged multimillion-dollar accounting fraud scheme, but will pay back only a small portion of that money due to financial hardship.
