Monsanto, Pfizer PCB Suits Sent Back To State Court

Law360, New York (January 06, 2010, 3:05 PM ET) -- About half a dozen cases brought against Monsanto Ag Products LLC, Pfizer Inc. subsidiary Pharmacia Corp. and others over contamination at two plants near East St. Louis, Ill. — which may date back to military production of chemicals during World War II — are returning to state court after a federal judge ruled he lacked jurisdiction.
