Morgan Stanley Settles Contract Spats For $7M

Law360, New York (January 6, 2010, 6:19 PM EST) -- China Haisheng Juice Holdings Co. has reportedly agreed to pay Morgan Stanley $7 million to resolve disputes in England and China over a hedging contract that the Chinese juice maker made through the global financial services firm.

Hong Kong-based Haisheng announced the out-of-court settlement in a statement released on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Monday, Dow Jones reported.
