7th Circ. Hands U. Of Wis. Victory In Licensing Fight

Law360, New York (January 6, 2010, 6:13 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc. failed to pay fees it owed the University of Wisconsin's patent management foundation under an agreement concerning rights to a cholesterol-fighting enzyme, affirming a lower court decision.
