Samsung Counterclaims Trimmed In LCD Patent Spat

Law360, New York (January 6, 2010, 4:49 PM EST) -- A federal judge has trimmed Samsung Electronic Co. Ltd.'s counterclaims in an infringement suit over four Semiconductor Energy Laboratory Co. Ltd. patents related to thin-film transistors, tossing several inequitable conduct allegations.
