Slew Of Carriers Dismissed From DTL Patent Suit

Law360, New York (January 07, 2010, 4:46 PM ET) -- A district court has dismissed claims against 14 cellular service providers named as third-party defendants in a patent dispute between Digital Technology Licensing LLC and Kyocera Wireless Corp. over the design for a cell phone component.
