Infineon Settles With Edge, Jaco In DRAM Litigation

Law360, New York (January 7, 2010, 4:40 PM EST) -- Infineon Technologies AG has struck settlements with Edge Electronics Inc. and Jaco Electronics Inc. in two related cases accusing Infineon of conspiring with numerous others to fix prices for dynamic random access memory chips.

Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California signed off Tuesday on orders dismissing Jaco and Edge's respective cases, after the parties filed stipulations of dismissal at the end of December.

Both stipulations sought dismissal with prejudice and said that the parties had reached settlement...
