McKinsey Ex-Director Cops To Fraud In Galleon Case

Law360, New York (January 7, 2010, 7:04 PM EST) -- A former director at consulting firm McKinsey & Co. pled guilty Thursday to criminal securities fraud in connection with the alleged multimillion-dollar insider trading scheme involving Galleon Corp. founder Raj Rajaratnam.

Anil Kumar pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and a single count of securities fraud in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
