Former Va. AG, Aide Jump To McGuireWoods

Law360, New York (January 08, 2010, 12:47 PM ET) -- Former Virginia Attorney General Jerry W. Kilgore and his former chief counsel have joined the consulting arm of McGuireWoods LLP.

Kilgore and Christopher R. Nolen, the campaign director for Kilgore’s unsuccessful run for Virginia governor in 2005, joined McGuireWoods Consulting LLC, the company announced Thursday.

The pair comes from Williams Mullen, where Kilgore had chaired the firm’s government relations team and its multistate corporate compliance and public policy group, according to bios on that firm’s Web site and news reports in the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
